Prices on our site are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are determined by the type of items in your order as well as shipping destination. Orders shipping with these methods ship via Airmail, Seamail, DHL, EMS, FedEx.<\/span>

Most of our products are shipped from outside the United States, subject to stock availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please remember that the delivery time begins with the date of the order dispatch, and not from the date of placement of the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO THE USA<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Due to the new policies of President Trump, tariffs for imports were increased, so we are currently experiencing delays at customs because of this. We ask you to treat this with understanding and patience.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Transit times will vary depending on the location of the delivery address.<\/span><\/p>\n

Economy Shipping to the USA<\/strong>: This type of delivery assumes that your order will be shipped\u00a0through a local mail service\u00a0and come with a tracking number in any case.\u00a0Orders are usually delivered within 15-31 working days from the day of dispatch depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 60 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse depending on the situation at the customs.\u00a0Please remember this when choosing this delivery method.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the order is prepared you will receive a tracking number in your account. This is an international number and may not be displayed on the USPS website, since this site does not have access to all international databases.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
When your package passes customs, it will be assigned an internal tracking number, which will be added to your account on our website and you can track it on the USPS website.<\/span><\/div>\n

Standard Shipping to the USA<\/strong>: This service may be delivered through a local mail service or commercial carrier and come with a tracking number. If a trackable service is used your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 11-25 working days from the day of dispatch depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 30 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Expedited Shipping to the USA<\/strong>: Our express carrier provides a fully trackable delivery service. Your ship confirmation email will contain a tracking number link, that will allow you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 working days from the day of dispatch depending on your location but if it takes longer than this, please allow up to 15 working days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Some more remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Cost dependent on the weight and volume of your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

If your order includes a personalised item this may add an additional 3 working days to despatch of your order regardless of which delivery service is selected.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you have not received your order, you must notify us within 50 working\u00a0days of the shipment date. We cannot guarantee any further assistance with the whereabouts of your order after the 50 working days.<\/span><\/p>\n
